No Cancellation & No Refund

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, all orders are final.

We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind.

Order Date Changes

If you need to postpone your order, we are happy to assist.

Date changes are allowed provided that:

• Your request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
• Your new preferred date is subject to availability.
• The order details remain unchanged.

Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date cannot be changed, as production has already begun.

Exceptions

If we are unable to fulfil your order, or if you receive the wrong item or a product with a verified quality issue caused by us, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
